Pick a brandOpen a brand on the Brands tab, or check My items for everything assigned to you.

Mark access as it's grantedFoundations, DGF and Blockade are the three entities taking over access. Click one's chip when it has access: Pending → Granted → Not needed. Add owners, access levels and due dates as you go.

It saves itselfTeam members select Unlock editing once. Every change then saves right away and shows up for everyone, with your name on it.
